In April, right after being crowned Little Miss Philippines New York 2025, Mikayla—alongside her mom, Mayrell Mushtare, Mrs. Philippines New York 1st Runner-Up—wasted no time giving back, volunteering at an Army fitness center where they painted rocks to help beautify the outdoor gym, showing that true queens serve with heart and humility.
