Merle Snow
Executive Director
Merle Snow is a remarkable, multi-faceted female entrepreneur, based in Rochester, New York. She owns and runs the Lil-m Sari Sari Filipino Store in Rochester, New York. She has been a restaurant owner, is the director of the Philippine Dance Company of Rochester and Lil-m Productions. She is also an accountant by profession, and has dedicated the past 25 years at a local not-for-profit organization.
As a two time cancer survivor, she is very passionate in advocating cancer awareness and educating people in early detection. Merle generously shares her knowledge with other women, inspiring them to further themselves for more fulfilling lives.

Our Organization exists to empower women to be the best that they can be while having a commitment to humanitarian principles, and can represent the Fil-Am community while embracing the diversity, richness, and vibrancy of Filipino culture.

The Miss Philippines New York pageant seeks out exceptional Fil-Am women who have both beauty and intelligence, who are driven towards compassionate and purposeful advocacy. We are seeking exceptional Fil-Am women who have an awareness of the diverse culture of the Philippines and have a true connection to the Fil-Am community, who embody beauty, intelligence and genuine compassion, and who are committed to making a positive impact representing the Fil-Am community.
