Mission Statement

 

The mission of the Miss Philippines New York Foundation, Inc. is to empower young Filipina-Americans by promoting leadership, cultural pride, education, community service, scholarships, underprivileged individual and support for military families.

 

Through programs, partnerships, and its affiliation with the Miss Philippines New York pageant, the Foundation aims to cultivate self-confidence, civic engagement, and personal excellence among young women of Filipino heritage.

 

In addition to youth empowerment, the Foundation is committed to:

• Supporting underprivileged communities.

• Advocating for individuals and families affected by cancer.

• Providing scholarships to deserving students.

• Supporting military families and addressing issues such as food insecurity during challenging times.

 

Through outreach initiatives and community partnerships, the Foundation strives to provide care, resources, and education, raising awareness and promoting equity, health, and meaningful social change.

To be a leading platform for nurturing the next generation of Filipina-American leaders, advocates, cultural ambassadors, and community servants, celebrating Filipino identity, strengthening community connections, and creating lasting impact through service, scholarships, and support for military families in New York and beyond.
