CONTESTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS

FOR AGES 20 YEARS AND OLDER

We’re excited to announce that registration is officially open for the upcoming Ms. Celestinial Global Pageant!

 

This national-level competition is open to girls and women of all ages and backgrounds who are ready to shine with purpose, confidence, and grace. Whether you’re a first-time contestant or a returning contestant, this is your chance to step into the spotlight and represent your story on a meaningful stage.

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for participation, each contestant must meet the following criteria:

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Gender Requirement: Must be female, assigned female at birth, and identify as female.

• Ethnic Background: Open to all ethnicity

• Age Requirement: Must be 20 years old or older at the time of the pageant.

• Marital Status: Unmarried women, divorced or separated, with or without children.

• Residency: Must reside in the United States.

• Legal Status: You must be legally permitted to reside in the United States.

• Language Proficiency: Basic English skills are required.​

 2. MORAL AND CHARACTER REQUIREMENTS.

• Must have a good moral character and a respectable reputation within the community.

• There must be no pending or current criminal charges or public misconduct records.

​

3. HEALTH AND AVAILABILITY

• Pageant contestants must be in good physical and mental health.

• Must be available for all mandatory rehearsals, fittings, orientation sessions, and event activities.

• You must be available for the entire competition period, including rehearsals, appearances, and the coronation night.​

4. PRESENTATION AND CONDUCT

• Must agree to represent Ms. Celestinial Global with integrity, respect, and professionalism throughout the pageant and any subsequent public appearances.

• Must avoid any behavior that may bring the organization or community into disrepute, whether online or in person.

• You must be willing to participate in interviews, media opportunities, and cultural events organized by the Foundation.

5. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.

• Must submit the following by the posted deadline:

1.  A completed registration form

2. Three recent photographs (One Professional Headshot, One Full-body Photo In Polished Attire, One Stunning Image In A Formal Gown Or Dress)

3. Valid government-issued ID (to verify age and residence)

4. Short essay responses and optional talent details

5. Any additional documents requested by the organizing committee​​

6. REGISTRATION FEE AND PAYMENT

• Please note the following payment process:

• Step 1: All interested candidates must first complete and submit the registration form in full.

• Step 2: After submitting your form, you will be invited to a brief interview with the selection committee.

• Step 3: If you are accepted as an official candidate, a non-refundable fee of $100 will be required immediately to confirm your participation.

• Step 4: A remaining balance (to be specified) will be due within 30 days of your official acceptance.

• 📌 Important: No payment is required at the time of initial registration. You will only be asked to pay once you have passed the interview and are officially confirmed as a candidate.

• Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance. All fees are non-refundable.

7. CULTURAL APPRECIATION

• Contestants should express a genuine interest in global cultures and values, demonstrating respect for the diverse traditions, customs, and heritage of different nations. They must be willing to participate in a brief on-stage Q&A segment, showcasing cultural awareness, openness, and appreciation for multicultural understanding.

​8. ADDITIONAL TERMS

• If selected as a titleholder, you agree to actively participate in community service projects, cultural events, and public appearances throughout your reign as part of your commitment to representing Ms. Celestinial Global.

• All judging decisions are final.

• Providing false information or violating the code of conduct may result in disqualification or loss of title.

PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION CLOSES ON MARCH 29, 2026, AND THE CORONATION NIGHT WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 6, 2026. WE ENCOURAGE ALL INTERESTED CANDIDATES TO APPLY EARLY TO ENSURE ELIGIBILITY.
