CONTESTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS 2026
FOR AGES 12–15 YEARS OLD
We are pleased to invite your child to participate in Miss Junior Teen Philippines New York, a cultural and developmental pageant designed to promote confidence, talent, and pride in Filipino heritage among young girls ages 12 to 15. This event provides a meaningful platform for contestants to showcase their individuality while honoring the values and traditions of the Filipino community.
Kindly review the eligibility requirements and complete the registration form in full. All submitted information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used exclusively for official pageant purposes.
ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for participation, each contestant must meet the following criteria:
• AGE REQUIREMENT
Must be between 12 to 15 years old on the date of the pageant.
• FILIPINO HERITAGE
Must be at least 25% Filipino by descent, with supporting documentation (e.g., birth certificate, parent or grandparent’s proof of Filipino heritage).
• CITIZENSHIP/STATUS
Open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with valid legal status.
• HEALTH REQUIREMENT
Must be in good physical and mental health, and capable of participating in rehearsals and public appearances.
• PARENTAL CONSENT
A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the registration form and be present at all required pageant activities.
• PHOTO SUBMISSION
Submit three (3) recent, high-quality photos:
• One professional-style headshot
• One full-body photo in a polishes look
• One stunning image in a formal gown or dress that highlights her elegance and grace
(Photos must be a minimum of 1MB in size and at least 1200x1800 pixels.)
• TALENT SEGMENT - OPTIONAL
Contestant must prepare a 1–2 minute talent performance, such as:
• Singing
• Dancing
• Poetry/Spoken Word
• Other appropriate performance
• CULTURAL APPRECIATION
Contestant should express genuine interest in Filipino culture and values and be willing to participate in a brief Q&A segment on stage.

REGISTRATION
Important Notice:
A non-refundable registration fee of $100 is required only after your child has successfully completed the initial interview. This fee secures your child’s official spot and title in the Little Miss Philippines New York pageant and will be credited toward your full payment account. The registration fee also contributes to essential event operations, including venue arrangements, production costs, and program materials. We kindly encourage all parents and guardians to carefully review the eligibility requirements and event details prior to submitting payment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we work to deliver an outstanding and meaningful pageant experience.
